Just put my plow on to take home from storage. Noticed fluid dripping from main cyilendar, the up down cylinder of a boss 8ft. Didn't have this last year. Not a lot of fluid but noticible. What might it be.

is there a locknut on the top of the cylinder? If so try tightening it a bit.

If the cylinder has rust on it as mine do there is a possibility the rust is wearing the seal. I asked the guy at the BOSS dealer and he said only thing left is to replace the cylinder itself.

Also you may want to post this under BOSS plow discussions, you may get more reply's next time.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008_ZNxmk376BEUS' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5_136.gif' alt='Barbell' border=0></a>
