Is This a good price ?

    Fisher polycaster speader for sale in working condition but needs some repair. The belt has a tear which is shown in the pics. The drive motor works but is very coroded. All wiring harness and controls are included.

    price $550.00

    I'm not familiar with this spreader but wanted to toss out the idea that with the rip in the belt it looked like was fairly straight, you could always cut the belt completely acroos at the rip and put in a second set of belt lacing. Is it the perfect solution no but it should run for some time with a repair like that. Just my 2 cents.

    You should be able to get parts for that without a problem, its still a fairly new spreader (in production still). I'd rehab the entire unit for that price!

    does this come in 2.5 cu yd

    The guy told me this is a 2.5 CU YD but on the fisher web site all i see is the 1.25 cu yd ones if i look @ the 2.5s it gos to the big box end the 1s with the big black end on them :confused:

    Well boys i got a good deal

    This guy got this from his work a mill And they went to a bigger 1 so they left all the weirs in the truck and gave him all the new wiring:mechanic:So off to the summer Restor for my plow and salter Thumbs Up
