    Hi everyone

just wondering if anyone would know if a mount off a 1999 f350
    would be compatible with a 1997 f250.

A friend of mine has offered his Boss plow to me. His truck was a 1999 f350.
    mine is the 1997.

Hoping that the mount would be transferable rather than having to buy a new one, the body styles are completely different.

    Thanks in advance !

No, the trk frames are different.
To clear up what I said, superduties technically started in 99.5. They released them late in 99. But they are still considered 99.

Nope, have to buy truck specific mount due to the changes in the truck between 97 and 99.5. Here's a link to Boss shown the part number of the mounts.

You can probably sell the truck mount for the 1st Gen Super Duty on C-List for $200-250 depending on it shape.
