Is a 7' MM1 wide enough for an '03 1/2 ton?

Is a 7' plow on a Chevy 1500 too narrow?

I guess it depends on how your going to use it. I put your truck info into the ematch system on Fisher's website. It did not list a blade smaller than 7'6". If your always pushing straight then you might get away with the 7 footer. Otherwise if you angle it then you might constantly run over the snow that spilled off the side of the blade. I would guess the smallest most effective plow for a fullsize would be the 7'6" blade.

I noticed your selling a 7.5' plow. If you still have it angle it and see how much coverage you have, then subtract 3" from both sides. Hope that helps.
