Intermittent Heat Issue 2006 Sierra 1500

    It just started yesterday, you turned the fan on but nothing happened. Went to haul a load of wood today and the fan worked, so I don't think its the resistor but we'd just got the recall letter for the resistor.

    Resistor or wiring at the resistor. Change a ton of both.

    Right. A lot of people throw a new resistor in without looking at the end of the harness that plugs into it. Many times if you look carefully, you can actually see where its melted.
