i just got a lead on 28 burger kings all franchises in the metro detroit area, called and left a voicemail with the guy, def not looking to pick up all but some at the very least, was told a 5-15m insurance policy is what will be required for these properties, im curious though and skeptical of that at that, this guy (another provider i consider a friend with 20 years into his own business) basically calls me an idiot at any turn i make, whereas i figure i can sign just a few of these locations on a seasonal contract around 5-10k per season. does anyone service chain resturaunts? if so, what do they require of you in the way of insurance? im obviously looking to make money while spending the least i can, still havent gotten a straight answer on what kind of insurance and in what amount would be sufficient for commercial snow in this area
