For the first time in OVER 1-MONTH, I finally got to use my plow again. We've had a few storms lately, but nothing that amounted to much. Now, I'm probably done for another few weeks...

Down here in Dayton, Oh. I have come to understand that I'm in the no-snow belt. Glad to hear that at least you got to get out Tim.

    Happy Plowing

I was beginning to think that the "No snow belt" had moved here!

P.S. Could one of the moderators please fix the spelling error in the title of this thread. Aparently I can't chew gum and type at the same time...

We could all go to a ski slope and offer to clean up all of that white stuff that happened when they tried to water the slope... well... we could!!

    Happy Plowing

If you wanted work Jim, I would have loved to give you our last storm. Started as freezing rain, after about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch of ice it started to snow. The snow and ice mixed to form a 2 1/2 inch layer of frozen crap. It warmed up enough in the afternoon to start scraping up this junk. The next day warmed up to have some slush to plow. Now all my piling areas are frozen and hard as cement. It really makes it tough on the truck and plow.

Looks like we might actually get to put the plows to work here tomorrow.
They're showing us in the 10" + range.
And it's about time, the last time I plowed was on January 21st.

Where can I find what the word snow means? ;)

    How are you feeling?

My last snow was just before christmas!

Feeling pretty good! I still don't have much strength back, but slinging those 50-lb. bags of rock salt 50-times a storm is getting me back in shape pretty quick. Thanks!
