I decided to rebuild a plow that we dont use to much any more.

I used a Daniels wing plow as my insporation for this project.

Started with a used 9Ft Western Ultra mount molboard thet we converted to a skid loader plow a few years ago. I added some sections of a used 7.5 Ultra mount for the folding sections, then put on some Used westen wings that I bought last year from a guy on plowsite.

We beefed everything up and made a 13ft folding angle plow with wings, for a total of 14ft wide. It measures 9'.5" for transport.

Its not the most professional plow ever made, but I think it will work out real nice.

Sorry for the cell phone pics.

x2. It will be interesting to see if the A frame holds up, I hope it does.

I was real worried about that as well. So I had them beeeeeef it up alot. Its alot different than a normal one. I am planning on running it like this untill something breaks, then I will redesign it after that. If there is a problem it will be the A Frame though.

That is really cool, but like others said....need better pics or better yet a vid:nod:
  12. Looks good, we built one last year out of old meyer parts. Also inspired by the daniels. Where your wings fold in add alot of gussets. an extra rib is probably not a bad idea we bent ours up. If you went with the stock turn cylinders you may have problem in deep snow with it turning the blade and causing the machine to drift sideways. we added a lock pin. looks good and a whole lot cheaper than the daniels. We had ours on a Komatsu 180 8 1/2 to 15 was the size.
