Hope someone knows what I have..went out today, and plowed fine for an hour. All of a sudden the motor starts whining when I hit any angle or lift button..The plow will not lift or angle, or maybe only an inch..The motor whines like no fluid, but I checked the reservoir and it is full..Anyone have an idea? thanks

Since fluid is full and the problem is with both lift and angling (not just angling):

    Check the wiring for corrosion.

    Check for dirty/damaged filter.

If this is an Insta-Act pump check inside the resivoir to make sure your pick up tube didn't fall off, there was a problem with that for a while, ask your dealer for a retainer clip to hold it on before you put it back together(he will know what your talking about)

    Fluid Problem

Just put pump back together and in business.. We took apart the reservoir and pump, to find the pickup tube filter completely blocked..Looked like sludge surroung the filter..Just blocked all flow of fluid.Never heard of that happening, but will check whenever I have it apart now. Thanks for the info you guys!
