how would you mix sand and salt?

    Could anyone help me on how i could mix my sand and salt, 50/50, 40/60,ETC and how should I charge? I dont have very much because I only do 5-6 accounts, including a resturaunt and ambulance service. But if any one could help it would be greatly appreciative

    Most guys use a loader 1 bucket of sand one salt.

    Thanks for reply but, If you read my equipment i only use a lawn tractor, im only 14. Thats ok though, most guys on here have regular equipment. Im a newbie!

    You have got to start some where

    one 5 gallon pale salt, one 5 gallon pale sand

    one shovel salt, one shovel sand

    I'd go one pail salt and 4 pails sand or even 5 to 1. All the salt is for is to keep the sand from freezing, some guys use as little as 5% salt.

    That is what we do too. Not by the pail tho.....payup
