I have been in the snow business for 17 years and this is new to me. I have a guy who has been plowing for me for a long time but due to insurance reasons I cant have him in one of my trucks any longer. He drives the same kind of truck that he has been plowing in for a few years, and has offered to plow with his truck if I put a mount on it. My subs get $75/hr with all their own equipment/insurance in place, just curious what he should get with my equipment on his vehicle? Any thoughts would be great. Thanks

Have him buy the plow or work it off. Say you pay for the plow but he gets 30 an hour for a season. Or he buys it and gets 75
