they are good for an initial plan but can never replace physical inspections. not that you would know.

can you name even one surface damage that i should be concerned about at a place like sandvik or residential properties that i wouldnt be able to see and identify easily when i get there? how is using a satellite to give an estimate to a customer a bad idea when they needs results fast and not to sit around waiting for a guy to come by with his measure stick?
