How long would one last (a painted one)? If you use it mostly for salt and washed after every use?

What should one do to maintain one, like if it's kept outside. If you wash it off with a hose, will it get frozed up?

We steam clean ours after every use and have not had any problems with rust or freezing up

If you are going to get a new v-box that is painted ask about a ss spinner assembly and depending on make ss drive chains. When I sell them that is
how We set them up, very few problems that way and 5-6 years of useable life if you keep them clean.
