How Do Pay Your Employee For Snowplowing???

    How do you pay employees? Im thinking either flate rate either week, or a higher than normal hourly wage, what do you think?

    i pay them regular wages from 7 am to 7 pm m-f and if it is 7pm to 7am or weekends it is 1.5 x regular pay.

    Just like Jay said it equals out to 1.5x regular rate, but if theyre opperating a plow its about double.

    nice guy...my drivers get $25/hour in my trucks

    $65/hour in their own truck

    I have 2 guys that plow for me. In my trucks, they get 25.00 per hour. Their trucks get 50.00 per hour. Hope this helps

    Sidewalks shoveler get $15 an hour
    Truck drivers $20 an hour (must be over 30 too)
    Small equipment operators get $17.50 an hour
    Larger equipment operators get $20 an hour
