Sounds like a stupid question but I ran it well below the lights and bells going off, and it was on "E" and it only took 23 gallons?

I was always under the impression it was a 30 gallon tank.

Its a Dodge 1500. So what is it like a 24 or 25 gallon tank?

Wouldn't your owner's manual tell you how much your tank holds.
