    How much should a driver in Ohio be making (Cleavland area) The co. I used to work for paid 39.50 hr with my truck.

    a lot more than that i would think. we don't get near the snow down here that you do, nor do we get to charge the rates you do. i was offered to sub for 60.00 an hour this year

    $39.50 an hour is way to low. I would take no less than $65.00 an hour. Good luck.....

    Thanks guys. I don"t want to mention names, this Co. is 14th largest it US. I worked for him for 4 years I'm considerd an A plower by his standards, this guy doesn't give raises even year after year. No wonder he is so well off.
