'84 C10. I think I burned out the horn relay when swapping steering wheels, 'cause the horn don't work and the fuse is good. I then tested horn with old wheel and still don't work. Any idea where the relay is? I am thinking behind the dash bezel, but just want to make sure B4 I tear it apart. Thanks.

I believe the horn relay clips into a 3-prong plug that hangs from the wiring harness just above the fusebox - accessible from under the dash.

Actually, I think in the later years like 1984, the relays and flashers are in their own little block that is either hung or bolted around the right side of the dash, but to the left of the ashtray. I THINK thats where you will find the relay. If not, than where 75 said is where i would go. Good luck, and let me know!!
