Homemade deflector for my Meyers spreader

    I've finally had enough of throwing salt into the snowbanks, so I fabricated a homemade solution to that, awesome spread pattern now.

    Nice lookin. I'd round those corners up so they don't catch on anything. Otherwise it looks nice.

    hmmm, didn't think of that, I'll do that tomorrow. Thanks. I think its odd that all the V-box spreaders come with deflectors but I've never seen a tailgate with it. Now when I turn up the speed on the spinner instead of slinging salt farther it'll just dump it heavier.
