Sweet pictures, and video man. Hows that Sierra 1500 seem to handle the 8ft plow, i know hinikers tend to be alittle lighter then others. Looks real nice though!

I have about 800lbs of sandbags in the back to offset the snowplow's weight.
The trucks motor is a 5.3L and it's ok for snowplowing
If I had a V-plow I would have to get a bigger truck and with a larger engine or put a supercharger on this one.

As for the plow the Hiniker Snowplow it works great!! It has never failed me yet. but for some reason it bowing.

Hiniker did email me and asked me fore the model number, but I have not heard from them since.

Snowed every day for the last three days

here is a picture on how good the Hiniker scrapes

    The hiniker cleans real nice.
The blade position was straight in this picture. I was making a slight Left hand turn right after a very small dip in this lot.

I cut that path like that because I wanted a picture to post. I do not normally make a entrance cut like this.
thats a 4.5 inch snow fall

It really looks like your rack is leaning forward. Is your frame bent?
