    Plow guys will still be needed to deal with the 9" thick ice floes created by the melting snow off the road. I'm also wondering where the heat will be stored...thinking about the scope of the construction it makes the idea of shifting from oil-based fuels over to hydrogen and electricity seem like a simple problem.

    I notice that the article doesn;t mention it being used in places like Minnesota...London doesn't get significant snowfall annually...they got an inch last winter and dozens of people died in the mess it created.

    we have a heated sidewalk that we shovel within a group of businesses. they usually don't turn it on much probably cheeper to have us shovel it.
