help my o/s western is bleeding off blade goes down slowly

    hey guys i went out and had to salt one of my accounts and i noticed i had to put my blade back up a couple of times. it came down on it's own kinda like it's bleeding off or something. are the pump seals going bad? any help would be appreciated. oh yeah i'm a running an cable operated o/s. thanks, pete

    Might just need the lift cable adjusted.Before you adjust it though pull the cover off the the lift/lower housing and look at the lever and see if it's EXACTLY in the horizontal position when the joy stick is in the neutral position.If it's not then adjust the cable.You'll probably need to lengthen it.
