I've had my arctic 7.5' plow a few years- first time mounting this year- and nothing happened when I hook it up- does not raise/pivot. I change fluid last year- Looks like the main pump might be frozen? I'm not sure- I can move plow side to side manually- but not up and down- (does not budge)- Should I empty all fluid again? If it is frozen- what is best way to heat it back up? (if there is such a thing)
