Heavy Dumps

    I was wondering what most are using now days, we have a chance to pick up two oshkosh 6x6 wheel drives i think that they are late 70's early 80's clean trucks though, township owned them. if we get them comes with 10ft plow plus i think 5 ft wing. also has salt box on them, that is main reason for intrest.

    any thoughts would be great

    If plowing roads great if not not. Still very cool rigs though.

    I agree. most of the time we dont even blade up the dumps. They are too busy salting to be bothered with plowing. I think there are more efficent ways of working a big lot than with a truck like that, using something like that in a lot would get to be a PITA IMO.....but roads or lanes......that set up would womp ass
