Either both bulbs r out, which is the first and easiest thing to check, headlight switch is bad, or the high/low switch is bad, or lastly there is a broken wire somewhere in the steering column. Do the high beams work?? Do the parking lights work?? Mike

Is the truck set up for plowing? If so, is the headlight selector switch set to "truck lights"?

I've also had bad dimmer switches be the source of headlight problems.
