Have You Ever Had This Happen

    Guess it's partly because it's 9 years old and from salt/sand mix diring the winter months from the 2yd sander...

    Happeded when a trailer was attached, thank god part with pintle did not detach because chains would have been useless at that point...

    Happened when I was leaving a parking lot.

    I have seen a lot of scabby rusty hitches running around, but never quite that bad.
    I have always wondered why hitch makers can't put something on them to keep their hitches from rusting so bad.

    Guess it was your lucky day, at least it didn't happen going down the road.
