I have not worked for them. I know a guy that let him store some salt on his property in Geneva, NY. He did get paid. He is a non union company on a large basis. He has all the wegmans locked in. He has a never ending amount of capitol as he is backed by Galasano. I know a bunch of laborers and operators that been working for him and are happy. Most of his work is prevailing wage. Kind of hard not to be happy at $48.00 per hour labor $65.00 operator.

Is he looking for subs for snow? I don't sub unless it is a emergency. If you are wondering if you would get paid I think your fine. Besides the usual bull about contractors complaining about him stealing jobs I have heard no negativity. I don't know if he has to pay prevailing wage in other states besides NY.
