thats got to be one of the cleanest dodges ive seen in a while!

theres a bunch of guys on here who run modified plow mounts on their lifted trucks, on boss mounts you just fab up a plate extension that sandwiches the stock side plates.

ive seen another fab job, i believe he is the guy with the custom painted ford superduty, its painted like a light blue, ive searched and couldnt find the thread, his modification looked much stronger.

heres one option, may wanna contact him to see what he thinks:

I don't think you'll need to worry about plow lights

I love those trucks, and I'm not much of a Dodge guy at all.

A buddy of mine from Florida had an identical truck with a MM1 9' on it. He had a place in Michigan he spent the majority of his time at during hunting and sledding season, anyway, I haven't talked to him in years, but I will try to reach him to see if they did anything special to it.

The only issue Western said with my truck would be taking it off and putting it on since the feet dont touch the ground had to put wood under them to take it off and on the truck. And sweet truck too.

So my buddy responded.....it was 1999 Dodge 4X4 Quad Cab 2500 with a Cummings, and the plow was a 1996 MM1 10' MC. If I recall right that is the SAME headgear I have for my 8 HD. Which if it is, it has three slots for height adjustment where the A frame connects to the headgear. It's not that significant of a adjustment....imo. But it's something just the same. He also mentioned he got 412k miles out of her before he traded it in. Minus the rust it was still running strong.
