My friend is giving me a 89 ford bronco full size . I will be hanging a 7.5 fisher plow. Can anyone telll me what kind of springs to get to replace the stock ones?

Get springs for a 2WD F250. They work great!

Check the front axle U-Joints on that truck before you go too far.
I would bet they need replaced and bearing service done.
If you can't wrench your own stuff it's a $1,500 job for brakes, bearings joints, labor etc.
If it has auto hubs they need to be replaced with manual hubs, auto's die quickly plowing snow.
If it's not plow prepped or towing package it will need a big tranmission cooler added.
Think about upgrading the alternator to a bigger 100+ amp range with a big battery.
Timbrens would work with less wrenching for the upgrade springs.
Don't go real heavy on plow weight because it's not built for the weight of a four spring plow.
Been there, done it on an 89.
