Hey, her's my rig. I'm building bigger one. Made out of 55Gal PVC drum. This one should be perfect for small pickup truck(tacoma, ranger..) as deicer or mod it with wheels and use to spray lawns. I made this one few months ago for deicing, works well, pumps between 3.5 to 5 gal. per minute, depending on brine and how heavy it is, I'm making my own brine, and still learning. Has marine pump (airator type, cheap, but does the job, rated 740galHr). Ez to load if you have front end loader- hook chains and done. Spray bar is Galv. 1/2" pipe and mouted to my hitch with pin. Control, another e-z one- no need for special wiring, plug it to sig. lighter and push the button (lighted, so you don't f'up). Took me 2 days to design and build + materials. Most of the frame is welded, but with brain- you can remove drum in about 10- 15 min., if you ever have to replace it. Yea, I should patent it Give me your best offer, I have no price set for this one.........
