My current setup is a 78 chevy K10 stepside pick up with a Meyer ST 78 plow

The front springs on my truck are hammered to the point that when I hit the brakes the exhaust cross over pipe hits the front drive shaft and there is a very pronounced lean to the right front.

I am going to put new springs in and I am thinking I should go with springs for a K-20 truck instead of the K-10 springs. If I go this route should I upgrade the rear springs too? or do you think it will be okay leaving the rear springs as is?

Just do the fronts for now. As long as the rears aren't broken don't worry about it just yet. And yes go with the heavier springs
