Ok, I’ve been lurking around here for over a year and finally decided to register. I wanted to find out who knows what and what the unofficial rules were before I started doing much posting. Now that I think I have a handle on things, I guess it’s time to lay the cards on the table.

Here’s a good part of the fleet from the company I work part time for in Rochester, NY:

For you Blue Oval fans, this ought to get you all sorts of fluffy. That’s right, it’s an all Ford diesel truck / Fisher plow / Star warning light fleet. (The boss wisely won’t allow anything else.) What the picture doesn’t show is a 2006 F-550 dump body with a stainless Smith salter, the bosses brand new 2010 F-350 FX4, a 1993 Ford Aeromax dump truck, a 1993 F-800 dump truck, 3 New Holland skid steers and a Trojan loader. I guess you could also count the Head Mechanic’s and my F-150’s too.

So for you Ford fans, how are we doing so far?

Pretty cool to see all the generations of trucks. I like the uniformity. You need to get the new 2010 in there to complete the picture.

The only thing better than that pic would be to add one or two more! Nice looking fleet

Wow! Very nice. I'm not a "pavement peeler" Fisher man, but still very nice. Who do you work for, must be big enough that I would have heard of them.

We'll just keep that one a little secret right now at the request of the owner. Trust me though, it's a very well run outfit and they (we) take very good care of the rolling stock.

    Oh my....

That is perhaps the nicest fleet I have honestly ever seen.

Fisher and Ford, honestly nothing better :D

The Big Red Drain likes the color of those trucks. It's great to see a company owner that incests on a uniform color for his fleet. Instead of taking whatever color truck they have.
