Hey Guy's I have a 90 Ford F350 7.3 with a E40d Trans. It is leaking out of the bottom. I guess it would be the bell house. There is a drain hole or something. It is just dumping fluid while running. All the gears work. I am trying to figure out what blew, ie pump, converter, seal. Also how big of a job is it to do. Thanks:dizzy:

If your sure it's trans fluid, not engine oil then more than likely it blew the front pump seal out of the pump.Pretty common on the E4OD's when they get alot of miles on them. You gonna need to pull the trans. Might need the pump bushing replaced too.
