I have whitewall tires on my road glide. I used fluid film to undercoat my truck and got a little bit on the front tire. It wasnt on there more than an hour and I wiped it off. The next day I looked at it and found the bumps. looks like crap. Dont think I will be using it anymore.

I would definitely stop using it to protect your winter tools since you somehow got it on a motorcycle tire. Great post.

Yeah, I'll bet that's it.

I wonder if I spray my tyres if they'll develop better traction bumps? I have some tyres that are getting worn down. Maybe I can get some more life oot of them.

Are tyres oil-resistant? One would think so, with the amount of oil on the roads.

    Hello everybody,

We apologize for the delayed response. Fluid Film does not have any harmful effects on oil resistant rubbers. As tires are composed of oil resistant rubbers, we cannot see it having this effect on your tires. We have had many people (ourselves included) use Fluid Film as a tire shine with no ill effects. If you have any further questions please let us know. Thanks.
