Fluid change

    I have a 21 year old snoway plow, a new motor and solenoid was put on in 94 .Thew only thing I see on it is a Monarch hydraulics 8112 is there a filter I need to clean or check and how do I change the fluid on it. Thanks

    To drain the unit disconnect the angle ram hoses and drain the rams. A siphon (or vacuum) pump is the easy way to drain the tank. If you a adventurous sort you could pull the tank and clean the pick up filter. I would suggest leaving that to a pro, unless you are comfortable with hydraulics. Snoway will provide you with manuals if you ask.
