If it is minute mount and electric, then yes so long as both trucks are the same size (1/2 ton or 3/4 ton.) If it is conventional, then they would also need to have the same engine configuration.
and remember there is a light duty 3/4 ton, so easiest way I tell people are count the lugs
6 lug = 1500 and 2500
8 lug = 2500HD and 3500
That would handle the frame part. Its possible that one of your trucks has the old sealed beam glass headlights vs the 'composite' 4 bulb ones, so that might complicate things a little but still doable. Would need to know that and if its conventional, 2 plug MM1 style relay or 3 plug wiring before digging in further
