Felt I should post this in hopes it will save someone and bunch of time and frustration
MM2 was slow all directions and noises, checked all post and web...changed fluid, filter, pick up tube, motor. Cleaned all connections ( those were the posted fixes) Non worked!!! Ugh
Here was the fix...... when you change motor there is a small (1/2” in diameter) brass sleeve that acts as a bushing between the motor shaft and pump bulk head wall that was worn to the point of paper thin...
removed that and replaced (comes with fisher tank seal kit) PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!
Works like new ... Hope this helps
