Ive got an insta act set up for a 9' minute mount. Overall the blade lifts very slow and angles very slow also. The motor does work and it does have clean atf in it. Not sure if I should buy an extra motor just in case. Any ideas?

You're not supposed to have ATF in the pump. The correct Fisher fluid is clear or blue, and very thin, so it flows easily when cold. From what I read here on this forum, there is also a filter on the inlet of the pump. If that's dirty or clogged, it will also slow things down.

Pull the resivoir off and check your filter, you can also adjust the pump pressure but you'll need a gauge or you could cause problems.

Don't know if this would be the problem but is it possible that there is air in the system somewhere???

Air in the system cause jerky movement, go with Arc Burn,
