Ok, my plow was very slow going last week, yesterday I hooked it up and ithe mother runs but no movement.

I Replaced the pump under the motor, the gasket, and the o-ring and spring under the motor.

I changed all the fluid, removing the angle cylinders, and manually moving it side to side to drain the fluid.

Now, with a new PUMP, Fresh fluid, it still just spins and no plow movement.

I know the motor works, because I hear it, and when i took it off I can see it spin. Is it possible that under load it is slipping? or is my problem elsewhere?

    Your problem is somewhere else.
What type of hyd unit do you have?
    Elect control or cable control?

Which pump is it - SEHP, Insta-Act, ?
Sounds like a pump relief hanging open or backed off
