For those of you that do just snow removal... where do you find your plow drivers. How do you find people that are willing to stay out all night and plow snow?

Good help is hard to find. I try to use my dad & brother as much as possible. Outside help has been hard to find & use. I have tried people that work a 4 day shift, this works out good until it snows on their workdays. I don't have a good answer, if you find one would you let me know. I have been thinking about trying a school bus driver because around here they don't work when it snows. Where in the Midwest are you? Good Luck. :waving:
