It's really hard to do it that way exactly but unobstructed with 8' plow roughly 2 per hour with 2".

Everyone has their methods of bidding - how they price loader, box blades, back blades etc... It's all fuzzy math.

We bid at 1 acre per hour, covers travel and doing a good job.

Only have 1 open lot this year, no light poles no islands no curbs. It’s about an acre. Takes 45 mins or 30 in a hurry.

Just a l shaped surround 3/4 by grass. Ahhhhhh.

It’s a church that’s only open sundays ams and wednesday nights.
