A friend of mine is trying to get his E47 plow going and it will not angle left or right(up and down works fine). Motor runs and pump works cause you can see the hose's move when trying to angle. Has all new couplers and all new coils, so took off all the fittings and can't even manually angle the plow! Only with a come along! Would you say the rams are BAD?:crying:
Pull the rams loose from the plow. Can you move the plow now? Do the rams move when you push on them? Does the motor run? does it sound like it's straining and trying to move the plow?

Will try taking the rams off tomorrow. The motor does run and the hoses flex as the swithch is activated. It does sound like it straining, but it is working. Just no side to side movement. I will let you know tomorrow about the rams.
All fixed, just changed out the rams and it's good to go! Thanks for your reply basher.
