My E 47 pump has 1 screen with bolt attached to it. next to it is the drain plug. when I have both the drain plug and the screen bolt out shouldn't fluid come out? I put more fluid it at the top and nothing comes out the drain. Is this correct?
E 47 draining fluid?

You don't even need the filter plug out and it should come out the drain. Looks like it's time for a tear down / clean-up and see what is going on.
