    Most guys around my area spead salt. At the end of last year I switch to sand salt mix and decided to stay with that this year. Customers have been fine with the product, provides better traction, easier to see when we spread it, and lets not forget cost. Sand: $ 5.00 per ton, Salt: $100. plus per ton.

    Salted sand mix. 20% salt, 80% sand. Only way to go for unpaved serfaces, which is what we mostly work with. Salt is mostly there to keep the sand from freezing up & clumping.

    straight salt...your customers will appreciate the fact they dont have to cleant the mud and silt up.

    Bulk material is treated salt and baged material is Mab/pottasium mix.

    Rock salt and an ice melt bled with CMA. Quick to melt and long lasting with the CMA.
