Is for new member so they must post stuff until it good then will get pm?

This is first time I have no pm system but another site allow it. It reason because spammer?


The reason why I need PM? I want ask people here who have company since they are grow employer so I try to contact them but don't want click their website then contact them. Or ask them about how to avoid trouble with customer or Insurance for young man like 17 to 20 years old.
