I Just have a general question. When the customers get their bill for your service, has anyone(the customer) ever questioned how many inches you charge them for?
    Say for example..
    Your invoice reads..
    6-9" $100.00

Do they ever call and say... I though we only had 4".. The news said we only got 4". How would you handle that?

    Thanx :gunsfiring: :redbounce :realmad:

Never heard of that, but i've been requested to not do anything even if there is 2" or more until she calls. :nono:
Even doing the storm we had :dizzy:

Hey bud, what I do is in my contract I specify "Totals are per the NWS"(national weather service) in Naperville, or where ever you plow. Then if they have any questions I just go to www.Noaa.com and print it off. cant argue with that. :nono:

Ps. welcome to plow site :waving:
