I was wondering if any one could send me a disclaimer that you use on your contracts to cover me from being sued. I will be salting this year.

Ours just says in the contract you can't sue us. If we get sued then I just hand it to the judge and tell them it was a signed agreement not to sue us. Try it and let me know if it works. lol

No way to avoid it. It is a numbers game and the more you plow and the longer you plow the better your odds. Your best bet is to keep good insurance, and do your job. As long as there was no negligence on your part, then you just keep your fingers crossed.
