Customer retention poll.

    I'll try a pole, looking for customer retention %

    Or maybe it could be called repeate customer poll

    Looking for the % retention over periods of time.

    Keeping the base routine customers in the picture, what percent of your customers call once (become a customer) and not again with in three months, not again within 6 Months, not ever.

    Maybe these customers only needed serviced once, maybe they found cheaper, mayby they moved etc.
