for those guys who cranked their torsion bars to help with the weight of the plow, have you noticed if the bars start to sag over time?

im running a 97 s10 and i have cranked the torsion bars with the plow for 3 years now, and this year it seems that it doesnt go up as high in the front as it used to. i realize that my tbars may be weaker than some of your bigger trucks, but im just wondering if anyone has noticed if their bars start to sag because of the extra weight of the plow?

Yep they will do that. Find green keys (if they make em for that) or get new bars. Or keep it.
