Compressing Pictures To Fit

    how would you go about compressing filed pitures to fit this sites posting

    go to My Pictures
    select picture
    right click and choos EDIT
    Go to Image
    click on Stretch/Skew
    then I enter 30% by 30%
    then you have to save the changes you made before you close out

    anything 650 x 450 or under is a good size

    tryin the pic resizing.....there ya have it, a thousand dollars in dogs and a thousand dollar rig

    i always try changing file type first before i shrink them. sometimes it will drop em enough so you can still keep the size

    I like using IrfanView, it is free and works great.
