Has anyone tried the commercial lease program with ford where you have the truck for 5 or 6 years and then take it to auction and pay the difference? Good experience, bad experience, was it worth it, do you think you saved money, or did it cost you more then just buying it?

I've never heard of it.

I’m not totally sure but possibly less monthly payment and no effect on debt to income ratio

My guess it's going to be a higher monthly payment and it'll be $0 down

Sounds like a FMV lease buyout where you lease it, no affect to your credit and smoother write off for taxes depending on your scale or setup.

At the end of the lease they generate a “Fair Market Value” and you pay that to keep and own it via loan or cash. Why would they take it to an auction at their cost.
